REGISTRATION: You do not have to register on our site to see a great deal of information. But if you choose to register by giving us your name, address, phone numbers, email address, other contact information and financial data, we’ll hold it in our servers and keep it as safe as possible. This includes any images, video, text or other content you may choose to submit. Our staff access your information when speaking with you, serving your account, undertaking advertising or for other administrative, financial or legal purposes.

CONTACT: We use your information to communicate with you for personal sales, service or general marketing by departments in our company or by Affiliates, Partners or other Vendors. You can change your information at any time by logging on to MyMembership, writing or telephoning us.

MYMEMBERSHIP: After registering you are allowed to login and view specific information you might find helpful. For example you can store your favorite properties in a personal MySunspots list.

BOOKINGS: After choosing properties and dates you can see an estimate of charges, get and save quotes or order online. A list of your quotes and orders can be viewed in your MyMembership section. In an effort to protect your information information, a SSL certificate is used to encrypt financial information you send us over the internet.

MARKETING: Customers who register or request information from Sunspots may receive mail, email, newsletters or faxes from us advertising properties, offering discounts and specials or asking for guest participation in surveys. You may opt-out of receiving such communication by emailing us at the address below with the words “No Sun” in the subject. Or you can mail or telephone us at the address or phone number below.

SURVEYS & REFERNCES: When we take surveys references they are usually included in the summary of results. References by email, guestbook, survey or phone may be repeated on our website or other advertising. Usually we only use your first name and last initial but may include your city and state or occasionally more information if you tell us it is acceptable.

CONTENT: Some of the data on our website may come from other sites such as those that put advertising on our site and those sites may track how you and other visitors travel through and use our content.

SHARING: We share you information and preferences with various departments in our company and may share information with other companies which we refer to as Affiliates, Partners, Customers or Vendors.
